Prior to founding Kelele Communication, Joseph gained 20 years experience in advertising and graphic design, honing his skills while working for some of the most notable names in the industry both in Kenya and South Africa. These include Nuturn Bates (KE), Scanad (KE), Young & Rubicam (KE & SA), Chillibush Advertising (SA) and lastly ZK Advertising (SA), where his core responsibilities were in the visual communication of the Zain brand in Africa.
